Lucirene Rocha
Founder and CEO of Proxi Conseils
Proxi Conseils is run by Lucirene, an advisor with an international background and extensive experience supporting individuals and families in Switzerland.
Originally from Brazil and a citizen of the world, Lucirene has developed her career in a multicultural environment. She speaks Portuguese, Spanish, French, English, and Italian, which allows her to work with an international clientele and with many of the people who come to Switzerland to begin a new personal or professional chapter.
Between 2011 and 2017, she worked at a company specializing in taxation and insurance, where she gained extensive experience within the Swiss system. During those years, she observed that, in many cases, the advice provided was limited to resolving specific procedures without offering a broader perspective that would truly help people make better decisions.
With that conviction, in 2017 he founded Proxi Conseils in Lausanne, with the idea of offering a different approach: close, transparent support adapted to each personal reality.
Their job is to help their clients better understand how different aspects of the Swiss system work — from insurance and tax obligations to decisions that affect personal or family life — so that they can make decisions with greater clarity and confidence.
More than just a one-off advisor, their goal is to become a trusted ally, capable of accompanying each client through different stages of their life in Switzerland, offering guidance, clear explanations, and a global vision that allows them to move forward with peace of mind.

If you'd like to know how we can help you, we'd be happy to talk to you.
An initial conversation can help you better understand how to approach some aspects of the Swiss system according to your personal or professional situation.
